Our story and values

Every piece in our collection is hand-selected to bring warmth and character to your home. We work directly with independent makers, artisans, and small studios who share our commitment to thoughtful craftsmanship and sustainable materials.

Since our founding, we have believed that beautiful objects should be made to last — not to be replaced each season. This philosophy informs every decision we make, from the materials we source to the makers we collaborate with.

  • Ethically sourced materials from certified suppliers
  • Small-batch production with local artisan partners
  • Carbon-neutral shipping on all domestic orders

For more about our sourcing practices, visit our studio page for behind-the-scenes stories and maker profiles.

Shipping and returns

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over fifty pounds. Express and next-day options are available at checkout. International shipping is calculated based on destination and package weight.

If something is not quite right, our returns process is simple. Items in original condition may be returned within thirty days for a full refund. Custom and made-to-order pieces are excluded from this policy.

  • Free standard delivery on orders over £50
  • Hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery
  • Dedicated support team available Monday to Friday

Review the complete details in our returns policy before placing your order.

Care instructions

Proper care extends the life of handcrafted goods considerably. We include detailed care cards with every purchase and offer guidance tailored to each material — from oiled walnut and raw linen to hand-thrown stoneware.

Our customer care team can also advise on repairs and restoration. Many of the makers in our network offer lifetime repair services for their pieces, and we are happy to coordinate on your behalf.

  • Clean surfaces gently with a soft, damp cloth
  • Avoid direct sunlight to preserve natural dye colours
  • Store ceramics separately to prevent chipping
